Big Pinhead is really obnoxious.
But being that his job is to throw resumes in the garbage, he has convinced himself that the people SENDING the resumes are the bad people, and he's just a good guy.
However, what you can learn from his message is that if you apply to a job, and are considered overqualified, the resume will with near certainty be tossed.
As far as HR making hiring decisions... in some organizations they hire real low level employees, but at the level you're applying at, they are just screeners. |

...she really is, and so am I, and all comments here have merit. We who have lost our jobs anguish and struggle daily. We know the truth and the reality of our situations, yet we ache to find some magic answer on this discussion boards.
