Don't create a new one. 8.Don't post just to praise your previous post. 7. Don't think lisitng common job search advice clinches that HR will try to thwart if it ruins their power trip qualiifes as a worthy posting. 6. Stop bragging about you're alleged good works, when you spend the rest of the week at work and on this board (which you appear to spend more time with than actaully working)destroying hope. Occasionally regurgitating positive platitudes does not redeem you. 5. Stop talking to yourself. 4. Stop displacing other topics with your own if you're going to be the only poster in the topic. 3. Review more resumes. 2. Study resumes and cover letters in greater detail. 1. Learn more about the disciplines you are recruiting about, so you won't automatically disqualify qualified non-cookie cutter types becaus eof your lack of knowledge.
