Attorneys are officers of the court, and as such have a higher role in the system than just greedy guys out to make money.
Attorneys work under strict code of ethics. A class in ethics and professional responsiblity is required to graduate from law school, and passing the Multistate Professional Responsibiliy Exam is required in most states.
If the profession is perceived bad to the outside world, it's the fault of a few, not the many.
If anything is bringing down the profession, it's oversupply of lawyers. Blame the law schools for that. |

I had to take a swig of codiene laced cough syrup after that one. This is the biggest crock I have ever read!!! They're waiting to ridicule and call you names back on the Attorney board.
