Once they started counting the ballots and there was a slim chance that Gore would win the calls for interviews start coming in. As soon as, they announced official that he had the office the calls stopped. In April, when the visas ran out they started calling again --- then he went and added 80,000 more visas --- As you can guess the calls STOPPED.
Keep you chin up something will come up. Try looking at temporary positions just to get your foot in the door. |

I don't know what you're getting at talking about calls for interviews and visas, but can you refute my argument that the current recession we're stuck in started while Clinton was still in office, long before Bush took over? Of course not, because that's the truth. I just hope things turn around so G.W. doesn't get "blamed" for a poor economy when all he did was take over when things had already been bad for more than half a year. I always get frustrated by the general public's obsession with either blaming the president when things are bad, or giving him all the credit when things are going well. It's just not that simple, and in reality the president often has little to do with the current state of the economy.
