You and Pinhead keep saying the same things back and forth to each other, but yet there is no understanding.
The Pinhead guy doesn't understand the hole that people can dig themselves into if they mess up their work history. |

Don't understand? Bob - what? do you think I just popped out of my mother's womb and started doing recruiting/HR? I've been in the workforce for nearly 40 years. I've done "real jobs" not just recruiting/HR. I was a successful small business owner when I was 28. I've held management positions and worked in 3 different industries. I would like to suggest that I have some valid and positive advice for people here who are seeking jobs. I hire people. I know how it works. I would like to suggest I have information that is useful, rather than the whining, negativity of others on this board.
