A resume you dimissed, or didn't scan because of a non-cookie cutter background is not going to be referred by HR to another opening, because you won't consider that person qualified. |

You and Pinhead keep saying the same things back and forth to each other, but yet there is no understanding.
The Pinhead guy doesn't understand the hole that people can dig themselves into if they mess up their work history.
