i've gotten a lot of hits from online posting, particularly on monster..and resulted in one interview..i say since posting online in october, i got 10 calls..90% of the jobs were exciting, the problem: 90% were at least 2 hours from my home (i live in south jersey, the mecca of industry in nj is northern nj, where all the calls were from) .. these were high quality jobs in business or marketing analysis in the pharm or managed care industry..most were headhunters...i'm a proponent of the online thing, but only as one facet of your overall job search effort.
