Jeez - and you people bash HR professionals - and here's someone who wouldn't give a break to a candidate who had to support herself to get her degree - from a good school - and it wasn't a degree in basketweaving either. What difference could that possibly make? So, who is loaded with biases and unreasonable "cookie cutter" resume expectations - not me, the pinhead. Let the record show the pinhead is trying to hire this person, not screen her out. |

She probably went to some bogus state school with easy coursewrok to boot.
I'd rather hire someone with no college degree at all, but who showed a high level of intelligence.
