I wouldn't hire someone who took 7 years to graduate from college... at least not if there was a good candiate who finished in 4 years. |

Jeez - and you people bash HR professionals - and here's someone who wouldn't give a break to a candidate who had to support herself to get her degree - from a good school - and it wasn't a degree in basketweaving either. What difference could that possibly make? So, who is loaded with biases and unreasonable "cookie cutter" resume expectations - not me, the pinhead. Let the record show the pinhead is trying to hire this person, not screen her out.
