You just described why I'm so cynical, stating that HR has no time to properly look at resumes. Based on your posting, I'd say you're probably not much different than the HR types I've been spoounding off about. |

Yes, based upon what the HR said and what you said, I'd say you have a "good understanding of the recruitment process".
It's just that the HR guy finds it impossible to understnad why someone without proper "qualifications" would even be applying for a job, so a lot of what you are saying goes over his head.
