Hello everyone. I'm sending resumes out to companies and trying to avoid sending them into the HR black hole by sending them directly to the hiring manager. If the company's receptionist will not give out the name of the hiring manager, does anyone have any other ideas for getting the name? Also, is it better to call the hiring manager first or just send the resume in the mail? Thanks in advance.
