Thanks for your advise "fix it then move on to the next challenge." Will a prospective employer think that I would not be a stable candidate, and would want to constantly move on. This is not what I want to do. I want to stay, but situation keep coming up that I must move on, such as downsizings, company sale, etc.

That sounds even better -- a valid reason why you left, not because of your dissatisfaction or theirs. You explain it very well here -- just do the same thing in the cover letter, and you'll appear as a very desirable candidate. Good luck.
