Because you are lazy and stupid.
"forced change of working hours" -- Big deal. You should have worked the hours they gave you. They have the right to terminate you.
Plus, you look like a two year old with your spelling. I'm surprised they hired you in the first place. What the hell position did Merrill Lynch hire you for?
