Just like you did here, and make it a POSITIVE quality -- "I fix things, and then move on to the next challenge." Under those circumstances, 1-2 years doesn't look like job-hopping to me. What could be better than doing such a good job that you are no longer needed? |

Thanks for your advise "fix it then move on to the next challenge." Will a prospective employer think that I would not be a stable candidate, and would want to constantly move on. This is not what I want to do. I want to stay, but situation keep coming up that I must move on, such as downsizings, company sale, etc.
