I know that asking about your age in an interview is illegal, but I have interviewed with 2 companies that requested I complete a form that grants permission to obtain a credit report before the interview. This form either asks for your date of birth directly, or wants your driver's license number. Isn't this just a way for the company to find out your age during an interview? Does anyone have advice on how to handle this situation?
