Buck up! You rescued your undergrad degree in two years. Most people take twice that long. That's an accomplishment.
I'm no Pollyanna, but I do think that honesty eventually saves job seekers in the long run. Tell people as much as you are comfortable with, but don't lie. People will judge us on a multitude of factors. We can't control that. But the right firm will see what you bring to the table: hard work, drive, determination and greatly improved health.
Don't sell yourself short. Go for that job you want.

I agree. It's very important to be honest. A company that is going to send me an offer (hurray!) did a big background check on my credentials. They even found a hold on my account from college. Some companies don't go that far but just in case they do, be honest.
