I am a middle-aged professional with a Ph.D. in a technical field. I am seeking advice on the best strategy to adopt in my job search. I am currently employed and have worked in the field for 7 years. I have sent out about 150 resumes in the last 3 years, and have had some replies but have not been able to find the right position. Is anyone in a similar situation? Does any one have some helpful hints.
