In Reply To: I graduated last year, I found a job after about a months search. Two months ago my company began to have serious financial problems, as in not meeting payroll. I left, and so did three other people. I have been looking for two months now. I did all the right things in college, I had two interships and I worked all the way through college on campus. I am currently working as temp. because I have not yet found another job.

I find it very depressing that I am having so much trouble finding work. My expectations are for an entry level job and a reasonable salary, $30k would be great!

As far as I can tell the market is not good right now for entry level workers. Does anyone have any ideas!!!

Message: let's see, i also graduated last year from a good non-ivy school with a good gpa...and cannot find a job. i took one last october but quit a month ago because they had basically lied to me as to what i would be doing. what i thought would be a great opportunity turned out to be nothing more than 2-3 hours of clerical work and 6 hours of internet surfing a day. anyway, i'm frustrated as all hell right now as well. everyone on the planet seems to have more experience and went to a better school. it's a shame my talent is going to waste. guess i just needed to vent.
