What's the classiest way to turn down an offer? |

Hello. After being the victim of one the dot com layoff waves I've found myself in the fourtunate position of considering two job offers, both of which are very acceptable.
My question is, what's the classy way to turn an offer down? Reasons or no reasons? How to keep the door "open" to future oppourtunities (no, I realize I can't run right back after turning them down--but you never know what's going to happen down the road.) Any thoughts or advice?
