I've been interviewing at a company that I was very excited about joining. I have been called in 5 separate times over a 3 month period to meet with everyone from the head of the office down to my potential peers. After 3 meetings I was told I was going to get an offer, but instead I was asked to come back 2 more times after a new HR director was hired midstream.
Everyone I've met with seems very positive and enthusiastic about my qualifications. But, I'm STILL awaiting an offer after nearly 4 months...
Is this common???? |

If it takes them this long to make a decision, then it will take them forever to give you a raise, to promote you, to complete you evaluation.... Keep looking.
