I have signed an offer letter with a Company and I am supposed to start next month, however I have just received a better offer from a much better company that I want to take instead.
Yes, I know I shouldn't have signed the other, but the better company did came back to me three times, and finally told me to pick a number.
Needless to say, I'm floored, but I'm worried about what type of legal ramifications are there if I reneg on the offer letter I have already signed. Does anyone have any insight? |

Firsr of all, CONGRATS on getting a better job.
What i think is that you should turn down the first job and go for the second one. There shouldn't be any draztic legal implications because you haven't started the new job.
Good luck on the job.
