You have a GREEN card which means u can work for whomever you want, whenever you want. This would be a plus. It puts you in the same standing as citizens (in many respects), and slightly above the H1-B, J-1, Tn ect... Visa holders.
In conclusion, put it on, as your accent may dissuade them, the green card will convince thme otherwise.
