I graduated in 2004 with a degree in communications. After one year of unemployment I decided to go back to school and pursue a science degree and look for a job as well. I hate school and I have had no luck finding a job either. Does anyone have any advice for me? I don't have much work experience except working as a workstudy doing some office work and a Public Relations internship. |

With a science degree, you can find a great job and use your knowledge of both fields. There are many PR agencies that specialize in healthcare and science accounts. Why don't you offer your services as an internship for the time being to get your foot in the door. You can also contribute articles as a science or health writer. Stay positive and don't be afraid to work a few projects for free because soon enough they will provide you with the experience you need to get a full-time job. Good luck!
