Arc -- If you haven't already, try to get an intership with a company to build up your resume. Get some real-world experience so you have something to talk about in an interview. If you're lucky, you may even be able to find one that will pay you (although, you're out for experience, so don't shy away from unpaid interships).
Whether you're looking for an internship or a job, check out these job boards listed below. Just start looking and apply to anything that looks like it might be a fit.
Check out these boards:
Monster.com - the king of job sites!!!
Jobs.com - not a bad companion site to Monster
Craigslist.org - usually low-paying jobs
Careerbuilder.com (although, the jobs haven't been that good there lately -- lots of bogus sales jobs)
And remember...it's a contact sport. The more companies you contact, the more likely you are to get an interview.

MonsterTrak.com is another good place to look. They specialize in helping college-age people search for Internships and Jobs.
I actually found my first job from that site. Definitely take a look at that...
