recruiters are a pain unless you are senior level mgmt. dont be all guarded up just make sure you only let them send your resume to jobs and companies you would be interested in applying too. NEVER LET THEM SEND YOUR RESUME TO ANYONE WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!! if you do they will just flood it to every company they can and pretty much ruin any chance you have of getting a job. |

So far I have only contacted rather well-know recruiters. (e.g, Robert Half and two others). It it safe to assume that these big-name companies will not spam my resume?
