I'm about to graduate with a Finance MBA. I'm looking to target my job search to jobs that won't require me to work 80 hours a week. Any suggestions how to find 40-hour-a-week jobs (and to ask about hours discreetly so people don't think I'm lazy)?

Dont directly ask. It is nothing wrong with being concerned about hours because 80 hr weeks are not for everbody. I am not convinced its for anybody! I would just research occupations and discover what the norm is for specific positions. A position within a certain firm isnt going to deviate to much from that.
