I would not even mention it and just list your accomplishments while at the company. Show a prospective employer what skills and tallents you would bring to them. |

Even while you were out, you were an employee of that company in good standing. If you've honestly got no issues that may impact your ability to do the job going forward, I don't think that it will be necessary or useful to say anything.
