Is Spencer Stuart a firm which works with finiding junior level positions? Or primarily executive level? |

Spencer Stuart is a retained search firm, meaning the employer pays the fee. However, they focus on very high end positions - CEO, CFO, Board vacancies.
If you're looking for more entry level, you could try Management Recruiters or do a Google search.
