I've spoken to a couple of these firms many years ago, and have read many anecodotal accounts from people who felt completely ripped-off by some of them.
I don't mean to disparage anything that YOU do, and regret paiting everyone with the same brush.
All I can say is ... "BUYER BEWARE!"

But come on wo/man...you tried to smear thousands of legitimate businesses, and that's not only ignorant, it's unfair to Vault members.
All I can say is: Readers, Beware of people who generalize about things unfairly. If you have a medical problem, don't take the opinion of those that say "most doctors are quacks", and they know because they went to one once and didn't like the experience.
Likewise, with your job search. If you need help, get it.
I don't know who this "pattersb" person is, or what his/her credentials, but I've provided a personal job-changing service (for senior executives) for nearly 20 years and I DO know what I'm talking about.
