Well, perhaps, I should have been more detailed in my response.
Here are the facts, MOST of these type of firms are scams. PERIOD.
I did say MOST, mind you. Perhaps it is possible to find a reputable person that truly adds value to your job search. BUT BE FOREWARNED! MOST of these firms are scams... PERIOD.

Just to clarify, I know nothing about Spncer Stuart ...
Just assumed it was one of these shaddy operations that charge thousands of dollars to help you find the perfect job.
