Hello,
I am currently 3 years out of college and living in SF. Since my graduation from University of Delaware, BSBA, concentration in Finance, my work experience has been in both corporate and partnership accounting, but would like to work in Corporate Finance.Currently, I have been trying to make this career transition for 5 months. The recruiters that I am using, seem to have no positions that are entry level in this field. I have had a couple of interviews by way of referalls, but ultimately they seem to be looking for someone with direct experience.
If anyone has any thoughts or comments on how to become succesful in my current job search that would be greatly appreciated. As I am eager to start my career in FP&A I look forward to hearing from you.
