I'm currently have over 10yrs experience as a Customer Service Representative but I'm no longer interested in being in a career that I feel gets me anywhere but answering incoming calls & hearing complaints. I have a BA degree in Communication Studies & I have an interest in working w/data & information as well as working independently within the company. At this point (besides continuing education) what steps should I take so I can "escape" from this dead-end situation? Please advise & thanks for your input!
