I am looking to get into managment consulting (strategy, change management, health care). Can anyone recommend decent headhunters in DC metro area?

I job searched in DC for a while with mediocre results. I found that DC is more networked than anywhere else I have ever been. Also the jobs don't pay as well. I worked with a company called Hirestrategy, and they seem to have the most job flow. They presented me with 2 opportunities at the $90+ range.
