I was not able to open the link that you put in your message but it sounds like you have experience in network adminstration, correct? For the most part, most companies prefer a college education. However, in the world of IT...if you have skills, the education is not as important as the knowledge in the areas of system administration. Expect anywhere from $30,000 - $60,000 (23859 - 47719 euros). Keep in mind it's tought to estimate based on not knowing your exact skills. |

I'll post the article below seeing as you can't open it. My job basically combines that of a technician's with that of a consultant's. I'm not quite sure what an apprenticeship is worth on an international scale. I hope I'm not wasting my time ;-)
So, anyways, here's the training description:

Field of activity:
IT system support specialists (m/f) provide customers with solutions in relation to information and telecommunication systems. They carry out projects to introduce or expand information technology and telecommunications infrastructure, providing commercial, technical and organizational expertise. IT system specialists work primarily in marketing and consultancy, providing services and acting as central contact persons for customers. They monitor the market for information technology and telecommunications systems and carry out marketing schemes.
Typical areas in which they are involved include industrial systems, standard systems, technical applications, commercial applications and learning systems.
Occupational skills:
IT system support specialists
analyse customer requirements in terms of information technology and telecommunications systems;
design information technology and telecommunications systems;
prepare quotes, provide information on financing options and conclude contracts;
procure equipment, hardware, software and services;
apply project planning, implementation and control methods;
install information technology and telecommunications systems;
commission information technology and telecommunications systems and hand them over to the customer;
