Last December I accepted a job offer and later retracted because my current employer presented me an option that made me changed my mind. This was not about money, it was about the work experience.
I currently work as an HR Generalist ant the new job offered me an opportuity to work in compensation and benefits, which I really enjoy.
After a few months there had been no changes in my work activities (as promised) and I feel like calling back the company to let them know that if that position ever gets available, I would like to have the opportunity.
The thing is that I am not sure if this is right, but on the other hand I feel like I missed an opportunity to work in what I really enjoy.
