I am currently undertaking a brief survey with some voluntary sector training providers I work with.
The aim is to enable trainers and teachers supporting jobseekers (primarily the unemployed, graduates and school leavers) to better understand what notivates employers and how they recruit, so that they can provide a better service and in turn provide better support these entry-level jobseekers.
The survey only takes a few minutes, and the results will be made public and distributed to anyone who requests them. They should be invaluable for anyone working with entry-level jobseekers, for the peopl hunting work themselves and once distributed, should help provide a better and more relevant pool of candidates to employers.
