I interviewed with a company and my interview went fantastic. HR told me that they would get back to me in 1 to 2 weeks. No word yet after 3 weeks. Should I call hiring manager? Any thoughts/ideas please??
Thanks,

Hello JM,
Yes, it's always a good idea to follow up after the interview.
Hiring managers and internal recruiters are usually very busy, but, following up helps to ensure that you get feedback and it enables you to stand out from the other candidates.
The easiest way to do this is to thank the interviewer and let him or her know that you are interested in the position. You can also relate the position requirements to your background now that you know more about the position.
Then close with something along the lines of: "I appreciate you letting me know when you've made a decision."
