I suggest cruising the spring job fairs and career expos on campus and the commercial ones put on by newspapers, etc. Visit each employer, pick up brochures, pump a few hands, pass out resumes. Then do some research. Also, do a self-assessment - what do YOU want to do. What are you passionate about - what makes you smile and what is most likely to make you want to spring out of bed every morning. |

The career fair at my school is pretty lame (mostly cold-call sales and marketing type gigs), but I'll try other schools'. I hadn't thought about the ones put on by newspapers, so thanks again for the advice.
