I interviewed with a company and my interview went fantastic. HR told me that they would get back to me in 1 to 2 weeks. No word yet after 3 weeks. Should I call hiring manager? Any thoughts/ideas please??

Remember the "He's just not that into you" episode? I tend to apply the same theory to job search. If you knocked their sox off, they'd be making you an offer. They're still "dating" and probably infatuated with someone else at this point. If they do get back to you I'd make them twist in the wind and play hard to get. Tell them you have an exploding offer and they have to overnight you an offer NOW or you will take the other one.
