hello!
I am applying for jobs in US and UK.
But in sweden we don't have any system for calculating average grades in the uni.
So should I send a pdf copy of my diploma that contains all courses I've taken plus the grades with my application?

Not sure of best practices in the UK but in the US I would just make it available upon request to employers. No employer ever asked or checked on my gpa from university or requested any "proof". If you sign background check forms an outside service will probably verify that you were a student and that you graduated but many companies do not even go that far. Good luck.
