BACKGROUND:
I've been quickly working my way up in one of the most respected businesses -- according to Fortune. Beginning last July, top managers began to leave with no back fills... there was a big lack of focus in the org. Concerned about our org and my job, I started looking.
In Oct, a local large company (totally different market) started talking to me about bringing me in. They want to find/make a job for me.
NOW:
I've since been promoted in my current biz and things have calmed down a little, BUT the other company is still trying to bring me in. They've offered a very interesting high impact job, highly increased salary.
The $$ is important since I feel like I'm highly underpaid but requests for increases in my current company have been unfruitful.
What should I do?
