Hi Ya'll. I have just got an offer from a major bank. The problem is... I know I deserve better (both in terms of compensation and level). How do I negotiate with them? |

Usually it is best to negotiate with the hiring manager not HR.
If you have some justification that helps too.
Sometimes with regard to level and titles hiring managers can care less, they just want someone focused on getting the job done, and think you're arragent for asking. That said once your working they usually forget you asked.
