I have a second round interview for a large corporation in two weeks. I was wondering the percentage of people who get hired if they are asked to come for a onsite interview. The corporation is very large so they are able to pay for my flight, hotel, etc. Would it still be as tough as first round, where it was maybe 1 out of 20 students? Thanks.
