Hi everyone,
I went on an interview for a job but did not pursue it further. The job seemed great for training, experience, and work but I sensed there may be other problems, like personality/staff retention. The field I'm interested in is very hard to get a job in and in the months since that interview, I have not had other interviews in this area. Now I am thinking that I should have followed up and just sucked it up for a year or two just to get the training and experience. I don't know if I can reapproach employment with that employer now... Any advice would be helpful.
