Biology and micro needed |

I have an undergraduate degree in Biology, with a minor in microbiology. I used to work for a biotech company (for three and half years as an assistant scientist-doing bench top research)and decided to leave the industry three years ago to do non-profit work. Now I want to really go back to what I was doing or at least go back to a full time work either in the financial industry (entry level research associate position). So far have not had any luck. Any suggestions and or ideas?
