I am recent college graduate who worked at a second tier consulting firm(Deloitte, ACN or IBM) for one year and want to leave this industry. I realized that I really enjoy finance, particularly fixed income and investment banking, positions that I have previously interviewed for. I would like to find a good job in finance, any advice on how to get into good firms(not necessarily bulge-bracket though that would be good) after one year in consulting?
