I recently submitted my resume on Medzilla and soon got two inquiries from two different recruiters regarding a same position.
I've already responded to the first one and the salary/bonus range is reasonable to me but there is a 30k range.
Shall I proceed with both? or I'd better just stick to one? Would there be any difference in compensation packcage if I go through different recruiters?
