I've had an MBA for a few years, but I don't have an MBA job. That is... I have worked in the insurance industry for 11 years,and my MBA is not valued. I want to find a job in the KC/OP area that values and uses my MBA with compensation that reflects it. Does anyone have an ideas? My undergrad is Business and Econ... What salaries do I anticipate in this area?
