I just had a first job interview and was surprised that the interviewer revealed the compensation. Does this mean that the compensation will not be negotiable if I eventually get an offer? |

I don't know but it seems but it seems like interviewers are keen on know what *your* expectations are & so far that's been during the first interview. What does a person say to that - go too high and you're eliminated; go too low and if you make it to the offer then there's not much wiggle room.
