Spoke to him about the rejection email, he checked with the hiring manager and informed me that HR sent the email by mistake and that they'll be getting back to me soon. Still trying to be not too excited, but glad I've still got a shot. Thanks all for the help. |

That's awesome! Isn't it a relief? At least you know you're still in the running. Not to mention, you poked the contact again with your name and reminded him who you are. You showed your ability to stand up and be counted for.
